Delicious sticky wings
1kg chicken wings
1/2 bottle jerk sauce
1 red onion (optional)
1 sweet red pepper (optional)
Marinate for at least an hour - or up to 24 hours
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 140C
Ensure to keep basting every 10-15 minutes for best results.
After 1 hour, increase heat to 160c for the last 10 minutes.
Total bake time 1 hour and 20 minutes.
