If you want to experience an insanely fudgy and dense style brownie (EATWITHAMA recommended), keep them nice and cool in the fridge. However, if you like your brownies softer, keep them at room temperature. It's important they don't get too warm though as they are jam packed with scrumptious chocolate, so you don't want them to melt.
Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for 5 days. For optimal freshness, refrigeration is recommended.
Brownies can also be frozen for up to one month, providing you place them into the freezer as soon as they’re baked and cooled.
